Response contract
Open LoginResponse for every field, enum, nested message, and presence rule. Check the RPC status and any outcome fields in the response.
Connection and availability
The identity service requires a multi-tenant deployment with authentication enabled. Login and refresh accept their own credentials; administration requires tenant Admin or Grant permission. See authentication and wire encoding for metadata, deadlines, and retry behavior.
